What is the $10.00 for?
To become a member, which gives you access to all of our services. If you close your account, you get the $10 back plus any interest it has accrued.

Call Community Credit Union and they will contact Visa to have another mailed out
I lost my Visa Credit or Debit Card?
Call any one of our offices during business hours to report a lost/stolen card or VISA directly at 1-800-991-4965. If you choose to call VISA, please remember to let Community Credit Union know the next business day so that our system can be updated and a replacement card can be ordered
What is the difference between POA and PR?
POA is power of attorney which lets you act on behalf of a living person and ceases upon death of that person. Personal Representative you are representing the deceased persons estate.
Copy of check?
Call Community Credit Union and a copy can be printed within 24 hours
Checks back?
$5 monthly fee to receive your checks back
I got my visa card but not my PIN #?
Your PIN # will be mailed separately which can be up to a week later.
Do I need to inform Community Credit Union when traveling with my cards?
Yes due to security purposes it is a good idea to let CCU know when traveling so your card will not be denied.
How do I renew a CD?
You can either bring the original one in to the Community Credit Union or you can call and then mail in the original cd
Stop Payment?
Stop in or call CCU you will need to know the check/draft number, amount, and who it was written too. It is a $10.00 fee and you will need to sign a form.
Forgot online password/locked out?
Call us and we can reset it for you.
